Optimist Essay Contest Due January 31st!

- AROUND TOWN -

It was a January weekend with bluebird skies and temperatures in the teens, but Roc-Star Ice Cream & Eatery was...OPEN!  Roc's is now open Thursday - Monday, 4 pm - 7:30 pm with Broaster Chicken, Fish Fry Friday, and soft ice cream (plus all that can be made from it). Check back with them for more new options, as good as their drive-thru window, as they too adapt to the changing times. One thing is for certain, there was no hesitation from the community to order up and help them sell out last Friday!

Temperatures warmed up an extra 10ish degrees today, making that blue sky even more inviting!

There was a line... if you can see the color of someone's car, they were probably one of them!

Snow People on White Street
Watching the progress of this garage has been rewarding- even to those of us not working on it!

We hope you caught that sunshine over the last few days! Snow returns tomorrow!
Also look for the Full Wolf Moon, that you may have noticed rising in the afternoon skies.

A beautiful honor that kept the library busy with knitting needles, yarn, smiles, and snacks. *** Without windchill... Clear sidewalks thanks to the DPW taking care of business (working hard in the next 3 pictures). Local restaurants are certainly a warm place to get out and grab a bite. Friday Fish Frys are already popular this winter. Of course, flowers in winter never hurt either.
