- AROUND TOWN -

A countryside drive after a dusting of snow returned over the weekend. Despite the previous snow, the warm and rainy Christmas Eve - Christmas Day were two of the least snow covered days in December. They were also two additional days that the volunteers of local fire departments can get a round of applause for.  We're sure many of them could think of other things to do than pumping basements on Christmas morning. Thank you, thank you!
Lights and decorations are already coming down as people look forward to 2021. So if you haven't been out to enjoy them just yet, hurry!
