WCS Announces Early Dismissal Tues. March 14 due to weather

WCS will begin dismissing students at 11 am at MPS, 11:20 at JSHS. There will be no UPK, out of district bus routes, or after-school activities. AM BOCES students will be transported. Continue to stay tuned to local media for updated information

Todd Coon the father of four young children was the only one home at the time when the fire broke out. Todd was asleep because he works third shift. By the grace of God, Kurt Carney, his neighbor was unexpectedly home at the time. After many attempts, Kurt was able to wake Todd and he escaped safely, but all of their belongings are gone. Todd and his wife Casey, an Army Veteran, started their lives in this house 6 years ago after she completed her service to our country. They have accumulated many things and have made many memories with their childre...

Friday night earned more buzz on the track! New school record Dylan williams 800 by 2 seconds 2:00.87 placing 3rd. Girls 4x4 Lydia Snow, Amy Lakata, Megan Wittenbeck, and Sydney Hajdasz(alternate ciara Owens) placed 3rd with a seasons best time (-4 seconds) 4:17.62 only 2 seconds shy of the school record. Sydney Hajdasz competing in the 200m as well with a seasons best time of 27.89!!! Congrats to all *** WCS participated in the 70th Annual Sherburne Pageant of the Bands.
