Turbine Travel
Village DPW has word that the turbine is expected to leave GE tomorrow (Tuesday) at 8 am.  As many of you have seen, it's quite a process to move!  Therefore, the exact time and date of travel through Waterville is not yet know, but our village DPW will keep everyone posted as best as possible.

WW
WEEKEND  WARRIORS
The Waterville Area Food Pantry would like to thank everyone who has provided support for the new "Weekend Warriors" (formerly Blessings in a Backpack) food assistance program at Memorial Park Elementary School, Waterville.  The program addresses food insecurity by providing eight nutritious food items to 150 income-eligible students every Friday afternoon as they head home for the weekend.  Your financial contributions, as well as your attendance and donations of baskets and gift certificates for our March 3rd fundraiser, all helped us to get off to a good start.
We will need your continued help to publicize and to support this important program.  Those wishing to make a donation can mail a check, made out to the Waterville Area Food Pantry, to Roberta White, Treasurer, 234 White Street, Waterville, NY 13480.  Indicate "Weekend Warriors" in the memo section of your check.  All donations are tax deductible and 100% will support this program.
Thank You!

Tickets available in the District Office starting today!
