Almost a week post-Stella, we're still digging out. Banks and walkways are being lowered or cleared. Sidewalks , crosswalks, and lost parking spaces are emerging. Plus, thanks to the balmier temperatures (and dare we say sunshine) there are a lot of smiles and snow activities happening.
