At this time, the Village of Waterville plans to have Halloween Trick or Treating on Oct. 31 from 5pm - 7pm. This could change pending any new New York State mandates. We will post any updates as we receive them

Today wandered down Babbott, West Bacon, and Buell Ave in the village- before the thunderstorm rolled through with some even reporting hail.
