- AROUND TOWN -

It was a busy weekend around Waterville! Dawning with a crisp, blue sky Saturday for the BBQ Benefit for Cole Campbell and Family, the American Red Cross Blood Drive, the Boy Scout Spooky Trail, the Winter Apparel & Gear Giveaway, and probably more!
Thanks to all who purchased Chicken BBQ, almost $3,000 will be passed on to the Campbell Family. It was truly a community effort to support loved community members.

While preparing for their campout combined with creating a Spooky Trail, Troop 108 all enjoyed BBQ from the Benefit. Then, they certainly got to work!

Winter Apparel quickly found new life as it was picked on at the library. More apparel and gear will continue to be collected and quarantined for another Giveaway later this year.  The goal being to not only to keep the community warm, but to create a simple middle man for items to have a longer, more sustainable life.

A sign that the seasons wait for no one. The Pinecroft Farm stand is now closed for the season.

Also, pumpkins are increasingly being transformed through carving! We got a picture of the empty bleachers up Sanger Ave last week, just so that we can compare it as they fill!
