Congratulations to Michelle Boehlert, author of the new children's book Skyler's Travels,

which was just published through Balboapress last Thursday! Boehlert is a 1990 Waterville graduate and has lived in Oriskany Falls and Waterville her entire life. "At age 47, (I'm) finally fulfilling my lifelong dream. I am married and have 3 children, one of which was my editor." You can catch her at the Oriskany Falls, Clark Memorial Library on August 7th from 10-11 am for a reading, as well as an upcoming date at The Waterville Public Library too. By the grace of God, Kurt Carney, his neighbor was unexpectedly home at the time. After many attempts, Kurt was able to wake Todd and he escaped safely, but all of their belongings are gone.
