- AROUND TOWN -

The Fourth of July was certainly a scorcher with heat and humidity, both locally and for the WCS students and chaperones who traveled to Washington D.C. to perform!

While the WCS Marching had the opportunity to march in D.C, John Brouillette helped the Waterville Historical Society to share this comparison of a July 4th parade in the 1970s to Memorial Day of this year. The site of McLaughlin's certainly catching the eye and bringing back memories.

Meanwhile in Hamilton, the Waterville American Legion led the parade along with many other locals scattered throughout.
