- AROUND TOWN -

Congratulations to Sylvia Crandall who was surprised with the 2017 Pride of Workmanship award Thursday night by the Waterville Rotary Club.  Crandall has been the Sangerfield Town Clerk since 2010, and Court Clerk since 2002.  The award was presented by Rotarians Jeff and Dave, who are also Town Council members.  In celebration, Crandall was joined by her husband Jim and their three children and spouses.
"The Pride of Workmanship Program serves organizations in a local Club's community, giving them opportunities to recognize exemplary employees for their service with a prestigious award that can be appreciated with pride and gratitude by family, friends, colleagues and fellow citizens."
