- AROUND TOWN -

The Waterville Residential Care Center dodged showers on Friday afternoon to host their Open House. With everything from local vendors, bounce houses, a visit from the 2nd Grade Pen Pals, and more, it was a festive day there!

The WRCC also had a bench created to honor the memory of Owen Fortnam. The bench will be moved to the trail for Owen being created at the Waterville Public Library. As work proceeds on the trail, opportunities for the community to participate will be available. Equipment, material, monetary and other donations are also being accepted.

A little weekend sunshine, and a shift to more summer-like warmth has opened up blossom season!

Village Bandstand ready for Memorial Day

The DPW switched out the American Flag for a new, larger one. It makes quite the impact! POW flag to follow.
