WCSD will dismiss early today to allow students, parents, and staff to attend services to honor Nancy Morgan. Memorial Park Elementary will dismiss at 2 pm. Waterville Jr/Sr High School will dismiss at 2:20 pm.
As listed in the obituary, a mass in celebration of Nancy's life will be held at 3 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at Four Eleven Tower Street.
