- WEATHER -

The next full Moon will be on Monday night, April 26, 2021, appearing opposite the Sun at 11:31 p.m. EDT. The Moon will appear full for about 3 days around this time, from Sunday evening through Wednesday morning. Since the Moon will be at its fullest less than 12 hours before perigee (when the Moon is at its closest to the Earth in its orbit), this will be a supermoon.

- AROUND TOWN -

Photos submitted for Green Up Waterville which took place on Saturday as a collaborative effort! The end result was a whole lot of full trash bags! Everyone is looking forward to growing the event in the future. But in the meantime, it's always a good time to get out there and pitch in.

Data has again been retrieved from the Village's radar speed signs. The portable sign has been placed on NYS315 for the past 3 weeks. I have noticed first-hand that this sign's presence has made a huge difference in slowing vehicles down coming into the village. Reminder that the sign records data at the time the vehicle passes the sign, not when the vehicle first registers on the sign. Buell Ave (Route 315), from March 11 - April 1.
