Finally, great job to all of our participants!
The 1467th Prize Speaking Contest sponsored by the Waterville Rotary Club was able to be a go this year with some creative planning behind the scenes. Plus, thanks to some forward thinking and the great tech work of Rich Bloomquist there is a fantastic video as well.

Earlier in the week at Village Hall, WCS loaned their audio/video system to enable a Zoom live stream.
One thing many seem to appreciate out of the pandemic is the more common ability to attend a meeting that one might not have been able to without some sort of streaming or recording.  There has been requests all around as meetings have begun to return in person that there also be streaming or recording available for others to gain informational knowledge as well.
You'll find the meeting Here

Don't forget your Palm Sunday Ham Dinner this Sunday from the Deansboro Fire Department, the Barton Hose Company! This year the dinner is Take Out Style with each $12 dinner supporting the department.

Further extended thanks to Ryan and Joanna McNamara and their children for pitching in to clean up two contractor bags worth of litter tossed along the hill by the creek and parking lot behind Johnny's China Cafe and the landromat.  You can catch the full video floating around social media. But rather than searching, we can all grab our own gloves and bags and pitch in. Saturday's sunshine looks like a perfect day time to start.
