We're all fond of this composite photo by Jody Hildreth of the Orionid Meteor Shower:

 "I stayed up until 4:30 in the morning hoping to capture some of the Orionid Meteor Shower last night. The show was not as good as I had hoped. I did manage to photograph 7 meteors and a deer that happened to wander into the meadow. Best viewed in full screen to see details.

This is a composite photo of 8 photographs taken last night using two cameras set up to take continuous photos. Each photograph was a 25 second exposure."

WCSD hosted their first Community Night on Monday with a gymnasium full of organizations providing information about what they offer.  Plus, they offered families a free pizza dinner in the cafeteria, which was, of course, a huge hit.
