Friday night, Waterville still put a lot of positive energy into 2 great WCS games, as the Girls Varsity Soccer played  Little Falls for Sectional Title, and the Varsity Football played Beaver River. Including what must have included exhausted Fire Department Volunteers still giving them a send off!

After an undefeated season, the Girls Soccer team was tied 1-1 with Little Falls, and only lost to a penalty kick in the end.  Little Falls moves on, but ties with WCS to earn the Sectional III, Class C Title.  Congratulations Girls on an outstanding season!

Varsity Football will move on to play Frankfort-Schuylar at the Carrier Dome this Saturday at 11 am after defeating Beaver River on Friday!  After 15 years, Waterville fans are rev'd up for this achievement!  What a Fall for WCS sports!

We hope you're enjoying that new Stop Bar in front of the Green Acres (Dollar General/Post Office) parking lot! Moving the stop bar back to before the parking lot entrance significantly improves the flow of traffic on both sides of the street.

Down the road, the solar powered speed sign is excellent reminder to drivers if nothing else.

Between the wind, and entering into November, only a few trees still contain leaves, let alone vibrant ones!

While roadside farm stands are winding down, there's ample amount of Autumn decor still around for those not ready to jump on the more glittery holiday train yet.
