This Thursday, January 10th, from 5:30-7:00 pm Joe Misiaszek and Carl Bartlett will speak about their idea to bring fat tire bicyclists to the Waterville area. They have received Village of Waterville approval to make bike trails on the former Waterville Reservoir land on Upper White Street. These trails can eventually join with the bike trails on Tassel Hill. They welcome ideas and helpers. Please join us at the Waterville Historical Society, 220 E. Main Street on Thursday to hear all about it. All are welcome and refreshments will be served.

Visit Clinton or Waterville for more on the Waterville Composite Mountain Bike Club!

Gas & Milk:

***

An approximate inch of ice coated the area Monday night into Tuesday morning. Luckily, the warming temperature melted it fairly quickly.

Rain returned late Tuesday evening, switching to snow. All of which made more passable, but slushy conditions and gave everything a wet, heavy coating.

***
The Out of the Cage Pet Mobile visited the Waterville Public Library on Tuesday night with an assortment of well-loved animals (even the snake).

Meanwhile up the road, the Cub Scouts went bowling at the Waterville  Bowling Alley.
