- AROUND TOWN -

High winds, icy snow, and whiteout conditions on Wednesday had travelers advising against Paris Hill and similar routes. It also took the final toll on this Main St. sign that had been holding on for some time.

While the cold Thanksgiving Day temperatures cancelled the Turkey Trot, it warmed up enough for an enjoyable (well bundled) Parade of Lights the following day.

Finishing in the Firehouse with a chance to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus! Plus, live music, treats, and vendors to enjoy while waiting.

***
We encourage you to stroll down Main St in both daylight and at evening with the lights aglow. Our businesses look grand, and seemed to enjoy the Candy Christmas parade theme.

The Sanger Lodge Masonic Tree Sale is up and running a bit earlier this year (so you can get a jump on enjoying your tree).
