- AROUND TOWN -
Also, technically "In the Mail," was a note from the DPW
apologizing to the people of the Village for some of the places the sidewalk plow got a bit off.  With it being a dark, windy, snowy morning, plus one of the first plows (no snow banks to follow) and the ground still soft from Saturday's 65 degree weather, there may be a few more spots than usual this morning.  Come spring, they promised to clean up the bigger spots the best they can.
If you have a sidewalk that curves or you think may be trickier, you are welcomed to place a marker or two to help guide the plow.  They most certainly apologize for any inconvenience.

This blogger was pretty thankful to be able to walk on the sidewalks this morning, many of which probably would not have been cleared if we homeowners were solely responsible.  So we here encourage you to thank all who are out there in *all sorts of weather conditions* helping us to keep life moving as normal as possible.

P.S.
Our Information for Small Business Saturday will go up this Wednesday.
Please send information (open hours, specials, etc) in so that we can include you!
