"WPL trustees Mark Barnes, Nicki Suba, Chris Rudecoff and Steve Keating, with former Library Director Suzy Quayle and Assistant Director Amanda Briggs, prepare to unveil dedicatory plaque celebrating 10 years in White Street building.  Other trustees who organized the design and construction of the new building, not pictured, are Gail Gale, Mary Ann Ford and the late Catherine Manion."

"White Street through the State Lands in Waterville, NY"
Jody Hildreth caught some of the ambiance the weather provided.
