- AROUND TOWN -

The snow quieted Wednesday to give all of us and the DPW a chance to clear out just in time for it to pick up throughout Thursday.

Wednesday Evening:

Note: Saturday is the last extra day for Shopping at the Historical Society.

We hope for a much calmer weekend and season for the Fire Department.

If you look closely you'll see half of the new bakery is ready to get rolling.

5:30 am

8 am
Thursday morning sunrise. Whiteouts began on and off later that morning, until a travel advisory was put in place for evening travel in Oneida County.
*
Post Storm:
Things cleared early enough that while temperatures were still below zero, roads are cleared and school is in session.

Note the DPW out clearing those snowbanks while it was still below zero.

Reminder that the sign records data at the time the vehicle passes the sign, not when the vehicle first registers on the sign. Buell Ave (Route 315), from March 11 - April 1.
