The kiddos in Learning Club are hosting a Bottle and Can drive to raise money so they can purchase gift certificates for our local educators and medical personnel for their tremendous support they have given us throughout the pandemic. Gift certificates will be purchased from local businesses, providing even more community support!
Please see event details regarding how to nominate a educator or medical professional for a gift certificate, how to drop off bottles and cans the day of and how to provide monetary donations to help our cause.

If you happened upon the intersection of Main Street and Route 315 Saturday morning, you were probably re-routed- and by morning we mean approximately midnight until early afternoon!
The Village DPW responded to a water leak, and worked as quickly as possible to return water to village residents.  A good reminder that every time we use running water, there's someone to thank for that!

The kids at Learning at Its Best hosted a bottle drive today in front of the office, located inside the former bank building. They will be using the money raised to thank local educators and health care workers in the Waterville area. You can nominate someone HERE

The hillside views were outstanding on this bluebird Monday! We hope you caught some of that sunshine before the snow returns Tuesday morning.

Data has again been retrieved from the Village's radar speed signs. The portable sign has been placed on NYS315 for the past 3 weeks. I have noticed first-hand that this sign's presence has made a huge difference in slowing vehicles down coming into the village. Reminder that the sign records data at the time the vehicle passes the sign, not when the vehicle first registers on the sign. Buell Ave (Route 315), from March 11 - April 1. Traveling into the village: Total vehicles: 22,424 0 - 30 MPH: 11,715 (52.24%) 31 - 35 MPH: 4,431 (19.76%) 36 - 40 MPH: 3,022 (13.48%) 41 - 45 MPH: 1,891 (8.43%) 46 - 65 MPH: 1,365 (6.09%) - Some of these vehicles were moving over 75 MPH. - WEATHER - ***** - IN THE MAIL - We are hosting Brewnival at the 16 Stone Brewpub! A day filled with Brews, Carnival Games, and Music to benefit Spring Farm Cares!  The banquet hall will be setup with carnival games and music! We will have a special brew for the day and have some sampling from Tri-Valley Beverages with a few other suprises! Our Weenie Mascot, Bunz, will also be in attendance for Pictures and Dancing. The Melt Gourmet Grilled Cheese LLC will be here serving up some cheesey goodness! More to come!
