At this time, the Village of Waterville plans to have Halloween Trick or Treating on Oct. 31 from 5pm - 7pm. This could change pending any new New York State mandates. We will post any updates as we receive them

Day or night, we're loving the change of pace this time of year is offering! The landscape was stunning even during Tuesday's rain. A great deal of yards included people decorating today, so we waited to get the full effect!
