In case some of our readers are not local, we had Snow Storm Stella, which began Tuesday and left people digging out on Wednesday,  It ended up being accumulating some of the highest blizzard snow totals in a 24 hour period. Travel bans were in place Tuesday evening in and effort to keep drivers and rescue teams safe, as well as to allow plows to try to get the roads cleared.   See local pictures from the past few days below. WPL has 3 Adult pairs and 4 Children's pairs that check out with an adult Mid York library card. Soon we hope to have enough snow for local use too! We (Waterville Historical Society) are closed for the winter months (we're sure winter will arrive) while we complete some building projects.
