From the WCS Sr High Student Council:
While social distancing is being encouraged, Sr. High Student Council would like to promote a little self-care through a wellness bingo challenge. Bingo boards were handed out to all 7-12 students when they picked up their Chromebooks, and sent to all student emails. Completed bingo boards can be returned to the Jr./Sr. High School on 4/14 and placed in the box outside the district office. Five students will be randomly selected to win $10 gift cards from local businesses.

Some positive and uplifting "Groups" have started in the past couple of weeks during all of the changes of quarantine, and how people are staying connected.
Check Out: Waterville Cares
Message addresses, names, etc. for cards & letters to be shared and more. Also including this suggestion, in case you're wondering why holiday lights are making a comeback in March.
Light up our lives! A suggestion from a reader is for everyone to throw a strand or two of lights back up on their homes as a way to show support for health care workers add some light to this different time. People can hop in their cars and "light peep". I can't wait to see how people light up their homes!
As well as the Waterville Area Birthday Train
Waterville Area residents can join the page and message information on the birthday person, where to meet, the time, and the travel route. Then as many people as possible can drive in the "train" to create a special birthday moment for those who may be missing out.

Remnants of Monday's snow remain, but with temperatures averaging around 40 degrees, it's quickly beginning to look like spring again. Of course, the decorations help.
