- AROUND TOWN-
Many thanks to those who made gave our village a sense of community, and made it a beautiful place to be over the holiday.
*
Waterville had it's 1st Annual Turkey Trot!
Thank you for sharing pictures!  Your bloggers wish they could have been there.

From the Turkey Trot FB page:
"Thank you everyone who came out yesterday. It was great to see all of you taking the time to support a great cause. As you can see from the picture, we collected a great deal of food for the food bank! Additionally, we raised over $400.00 for this great organization!!!!! Thank you all again and keep your eyes open for next years event. We will begin work to make this a yearly organized event. Happy Holidays!"

***
After giving Thanks, Waterville gathered Friday night
for the Parade of Lights with the theme of "It's a Wonderful Life."
Plus, Santa officially came to town and met with the children.

***
By Sunday night, most of the sun had melted away between the (comparatively) warmer temperatures and rain.

The Post Office windows were painted thanks to the WCS Art Students.

***
Holiday lights are starting to be in full swing.  What a gift to the community!  We'll be visiting this popular show again in the dark.
